Summer Garden

Summer Garden

Statement about piece in relation to the climate :

My husband Jeff and I have been living in midcoast Maine for over 40 years. We have tended a hillside garden surrounded by woodlands for most of that time. The weather extremes of a changing climate were upon us this growing season. How to adapt and keep on growing food is the question. Hope we can find the answers.

We belong to a mid coast gardening zoom which we have used to check in with each other during this pandemic.  We also write about our gardens and try to support each other.  Hoping we can visit each others gardens this coming season

"Hope you can come and/or send an account of how you and the garden fared. Bring your successes and failures, questions and solutions". Beedy Parker
